Our Mission

GMS Designs, Inc. features house floor plans and garages by one of the nation's top residential architecture designers. Find that dream house plan you have looking for.  See small house plans up to luxury floor plans.  Our home styles include Victorian, ranch, contemporary, colonial, farm house and vacation.  This site was established to help you the customer find or design your custom construction drawings for your dream house.  We have small and large home plans starting at 900 square feet all the way up to 5,800 square feet. 

Please take a moment to look around our site.  The on-line Plan Library will allow you to view our stock house plans on-line.  If you should have any questions concerning our house designs or garage designs please feel free to contact us by e-mail with your questions, requests or suggestions.

Important Information:

·         House plans and custom home design by GMS Designs, Inc., checkout our stock house plan and garage plan library.  If you do not find what you are looking for we can custom design your dream house from your specifications.  Our architecture design staff is here to help.

·         New home plans and house plans and garage plans are added monthly, so check back often!  We may have what you are looking for or may be able to modify existing floor plans to meet your needs.

·         Cannot find the plan you want, checkout our custom residential design area.  We can designs the plan of your dreams and provide you with a complete set of construction drawings.

·         Some states require plans to be sealed and/or redrawn by a professional Architect (or engineer) licensed in that state.  The user is responsible if this requirement applies.  GMS Designs, Inc., is not responsible or liable for any changes, and you accept full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of any changes or modifications to the plans.

·         The plans are NOT RETURNABLE!  Please check the plan number before placing your order.

·         We are currently accepting Visa and MasterCard for all On-line orders processed through our secure On-line order form.
