So you have searched the WEB and have not been able to find your dream house.  Click Here to fill out our on-line form that will provide us with the necessary information to design your dream house.

Custom Plans - Preliminary Set of Plans

Big ones or smalls, it does not matter.  We can design your dream house plan for a very small fee of $50.00 for a preliminary design.  You are under no obligation to make any future purchases.
After our preliminary design we will provide you with an preliminary floor plan of each floor along with a front and rear elevation of your dream house.  You can request to make changes to your plan at this time.

After you review your plan you can decide to do nothing or you can decide to purchase a complete set of working drawings of your new dream plan.  Please contact us by e-mail for your total cost of your dream house plan, or check our Custom Plan Pricing List.  We will deduct the $50.00 you paid for your preliminary plan from the total cost of your final set of working drawings.
