Order Your Plans Online

  • We currently are accepting Visa and MasterCard for all Online purchases.  You can search for your dream house by going to our House Plan Library or Garage Plan Library to find what you are looking for.  When you are ready to order click the "On-Line Order Form" link as seen below.  You will be taken to an secure Online Order Form.

Order Plans By Mail

  • You may place an order by mail by filling out the Mail Order Form found for each plan.  You can fill out the form on-line and then print the completed form.  Mail the completed form with check or money order to: GMS Design, Inc., 6495 Omara Drive, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827.
