Plan Pricing Options:
- Additional Sets: $40.00 per set. Note: Additional set orders
are limited to within three months of the original order.
- Materials List: $40.00 to $120.00 depending on the size of the plan.
Note: This option is not available at this time, please check back to see
when this option will become available.
- Mirror Sets: $25.00 Surcharge per set. Note: All text on the
mirrored plans is backwards. We recommend ordering only one or two
mirrored sets in addition to the regular reading sets.
- Right Reading Reverse Sets: $70.00 Surcharge per set. Note: A
right reading reverse set will have all of the plan flipped over and the
text will read correctly. All the prints will be shown this way.
Please call ahead if you require fast delivery.
- Color Posters: $75.00 each. Note: Full color rendering and
black and white floor plans together on an artistic bordered 11x17 poster
complete with plan name. this item is only available on plans that
color rendering work has been completed. For an additional $20.00, the
poster size can be increased to 13x19.
- Plan Modifications. Note: There is the possibility you might
want to change or modify one of out plans to suit your needs. If this
is the case, please contact our office at (989) 292-1403, or send an E-mail
to custsupport@gms-designs.com
for our current rates. All GMS Designs, plans are customizable.
Minor modifications can only be made to reproducible plan purchases,
blueprints can not be modified.
- CAD Drawings. Note: All our plans can be ordered in
electronic or CAD format which makes making minor changes even easier.
By purchasing one set of CAD drawings from GMS Designs, Inc., you are
allowed to make minor changes to the plan. You then may make up to 15
sets of prints, as long as they are for the construction of one home.
GMS Designs, Inc. uses AutoCAD as its standard CAD format. One
complete set of house or garage plans in digital format on CD.
Qualified professionals must undertake any changes made to CAD files.

garage plans (CAD files) by others. Please

- Additional License. An additional license or licenses can be
purchased from GMS Designs, Inc. to build additional houses. The cost
is $100.00 per license. Please see the Plan
Pricing List for the charges for this option.
- Study Plans: $35.00 - $115.00 each depending on the size. Note:
A study plan is a non reproducible, copyrighted, scaled down to fit an 11x17
print of the actual floor plan(s) and elevations. Study plans provide
you and your builder accurate information about room sizes, window and door
sizes, and elevation details. The cost is nonrefundable but will be
credited to the cost of five or seven full sets of construction
blueprints. Study plans are not for construction purposes and a
license to build the plan is not included. Study plans are mailed via
First Class postage by the US Postal Service.
